What we collect
When you send our contact form or use the kitchen visualiser, we collect:

- The installation address and postcode of the kitchen.
- How you found us, your message, and the doors and worktops you chose.
- If you use the visualiser: the photo of your kitchen you upload, the example images made from it, and a count of how many images you have made.
Why we collect it
We use it to reply to you, to arrange your free home visit and quote, to make the example image you asked for, and to contact you about your kitchen.
We use your details because you asked us to reply and give you a quote. These are steps we take at your request before entering into a contract.
Who processes it for us
- OpenAI makes the example image from your photo and your choices. A data processing agreement with OpenAI is in place.
- Supabase stores your details, your photo and the example images, in London, in the United Kingdom.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the check that stops automated spam on our forms.
- Resend sends the emails that tell Kitchens MK about your enquiry.
Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the United Kingdom, it is protected by an approved UK GDPR safeguard.
Backups of the stored data are kept for seven days, in the European Union, and then deleted.
How long we keep it
If you do not go ahead, we keep your enquiry, photos and example images for 12 months from our last contact with you, then delete them. If you go ahead, they become part of your job record.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your details, your photo and your example images at any time by emailing info@kitchensmk.com.
